Today, everyone looks upon me as one of the biggest entrepreneurs in the country. But, my journey from rags-to-riches had been tough. I was born to a poor family in Paris. I always saw my parents working hard and struggling to earn bread for us. Whenever I saw my mother worrying for money, I always used to tell her one day I would earn money for you. Well, I never knew how it is going to happen.
Like every normal family, my parents wanted me to study hard so that I can get a good job. Both of them were very much serious about my studies. However, I had another plans going inside my mind. I never liked going to school but I was afraid of my father and went to school every day without uttering a word. I never wanted to earn a few dollars but millions of dollars for my parents. Since my childhood, I was highly fascinated by money and figures. I looked for ways by which I can double the amount of money I had. As the years passed by, I started getting interested in the stock market. I used to spend long hours watching news and reading newspaper in order to understand what all those figures meant.

By the time I stepped into high school, I wanted to get rid of classroom teaching. I found it boring to sit in the classroom and listen to the teacher. I wished to do something on my own. Lastly, I decided to quit school and start something of my own. My parents were sceptical and were against my decision. Well, not only my parents but also my friends and teachers were not supportive at that point of time. However, I had everything clear in my head and went against all of them.
Soon, after leaving the school, I started working in a company near my house. There I learnt the basics of accounting and tips to manage a store. After saving my salary for a few months, I decided to try my luck in the stock market. The long years of research I put in the stock market paid well and my money was doubled in a single day. I continued investing in the market and my luck favoured me. However, I never made an investment hastily. Every time I put money in the market, I studied everything carefully.
After making profits for a few years, I set up my own company. The company did not performed well in the first few years but my spirit was never dampened. Once these years passed by, my company started performing well and there was no looking back. I am planning to expand my company sooner. I am planning to get into partnership with the leading companies in the world and hoping that everything turns out well.
Today, if someone asks me what is the reason behind your success then the only answer I give us passion. Until, you are not passionate about something you can never achieve it. I was always passionate about earning money and here I am. However, passion alone cannot do anything if you do not put in required efforts. I advice everyone to follow what their heart says without thinking about the world. It is not always important to do what others are doing. Carve a path for yourself and make the world follow you.
At the personal front, both my parents are proud of me. I try to give them all the happiness of the world. It is difficult to find out time for leisure but I make sure that I play football with my friends on weekends. Since my childhood, I liked playing football but never thought of making it as a career. Whether I am sad or happy, I like to express my feelings by playing football. In addition, I am passionate about cars and do not miss a chance to buy latest models being launched in the market. I take my friends and family out for a ride whenever I buy a new car. I also love listening music and catch up my friends at music events whenever I get time from work.
Is Entrepreneurship All About Becoming Rich?
I believe Entrepreneurship cannot be acquired over course of time and it is there in the individual's blood since birth. Well, for me it holds true and in case of many other entrepreneurs as well. A successful entrepreneur must possess two things – enthusiasm and willingness to come up with something big. If you lack these qualities then the journey to entrepreneurship would be a tough call.
A few years back, a very small proportion of the population headed towards entrepreneurship. However, what I see today is astonishing. Large numbers of youngsters wish to become entrepreneurs. Last week, I was interviewing a few young men who had their entrepreneurial ideas and obviously, I had to choose the best one for investing money. I asked different questions to the interviewees but one question remained the same for all.
